In the Spring, Franklin Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice holds its Annual Flower sale to raise money for the Hospice Program.
The Hospice program is a special concept of care provided by a team-oriented group of specially trained professionals and volunteers. The primary goal of Hospice care is to improve the quality of a patient’s last days by offering comfort and dignity in the familiar surroundings of the patient’s home and family. The VNA of Franklin’s Hospice program covers residents of the local area and benefits many families. Our Annual Spring Flower Sale along with our Fall Wreath Sale is another major fund raiser for this self-supporting program.
We are now accepting orders until Wednesday, April 23, 2008. All orders must be picked up at the Baptist Church of Franklin at 21 Church St., Franklin on either Wednesday, May 7th 12:30pm to 5:00pm or Thursday May 8th 8:00am to 12:00pm.
